Job Description
Employee Relations: As an HR Officer, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding workplace policies, procedures, and concerns. You will actively promote a healthy working culture, ensuring that any issues related to conflict, grievances, or communication gaps are resolved effectively. Strong interpersonal skills will be crucial to maintain a balance between organizational goals and employee satisfaction.
Recruitment & Selection: The HR Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. You will work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure the recruitment of skilled professionals who align with the company’s values and objectives.
Performance Management: You will contribute to designing and implementing performance management systems that encourage employee growth and accountability. By facilitating regular appraisals, gathering feedback, and monitoring KPIs, the HR Officer ensures continuous improvement within the workforce, creating pathways for career progression and staff motivation.
Training & Development: The HR Officer will coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning programs to enhance staff capabilities. Identifying skill gaps and providing targeted development opportunities will be a central responsibility, ensuring employees remain updated with industry best practices and organizational requirements.
Compliance & Policy Implementation: The HR Officer will ensure that all HR practices comply with UAE labor laws and company policies. This includes preparing contracts, updating employee handbooks, and advising management on legal obligations, thereby reducing organizational risks and maintaining a compliant workplace environment.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: The HR Officer will oversee payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and benefits management. By ensuring accuracy in salary disbursements, medical insurance processing, and leave management, you will help maintain transparency and employee trust.
