Job Overview: National Contracting Co. (NCC) is seeking a dedicated and professional HR Officer to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate must bring at least two years of solid experience in HR and recruitment, with the ability to independently manage day-to-day HR operations while supporting the organization’s strategic objectives.
Recruitment & Selection: A key responsibility of this role is managing the recruitment process from start to finish. This includes drafting job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees. The HR Officer will play a vital role in attracting top talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Employee Relations: The HR Officer will act as the primary point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, addressing workplace concerns, and fostering a supportive and compliant work environment. Building trust with staff and ensuring smooth communication across all levels of the organization will be an essential part of this role.
HR Administration: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, updating HR databases, managing leaves, and supporting payroll processes. Ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws will be central to your duties, along with preparing reports and documentation required by management.
Policy & Compliance: The HR Officer will ensure that HR practices align with NCC’s internal standards as well as UAE legal requirements. From drafting HR policies to assisting with audits and compliance reviews, you will play a key role in safeguarding the company’s HR integrity and operational consistency.
