Job Description
Role Overview: The HR Officer will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR and administrative tasks to ensure seamless workforce operations within the organization. The role requires a professional who can handle day-to-day employee matters, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company procedures.
Visa & Employee Documentation: One of the key responsibilities of this position will be liaising with the PRO for visa processing, labor card renewals, Emirates ID issuance, and other legal documentation related to employee onboarding and renewals. This requires a high level of accuracy and up-to-date knowledge of UAE government processes.
Travel & Insurance Coordination: The HR Officer will coordinate all corporate travel arrangements, ensuring that employees travel economically and efficiently. This includes booking flights, hotels, and transport. In addition, the officer will manage employee insurance requirements such as claims, renewals, cancellations, and card reissuance while liaising closely with the insurance provider.
ERP & Record Management: This position will involve creating, updating, and maintaining accurate employee data within the company’s ERP Oracle system. Ensuring timely updates and record accuracy is critical for payroll processing, compliance reporting, and HR analytics.
Recruitment & Outsourcing Liaison: The HR Officer will actively connect with both local and international recruitment agencies to fulfill the company’s manpower requirements. In addition, this role involves coordinating with outsourcing companies for additional staffing needs, managing attendance records, and verifying invoices for accuracy.
Payroll & Attendance Monitoring: The role requires preparing attendance reports, overtime records, and supporting the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements. Monitoring staff attendance, addressing irregularities, and supporting line managers in maintaining workforce discipline are integral parts of the job.
