Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Officer to join our dynamic team at a reputed UK curriculum school located in Al Qusais, Dubai. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the human resources functions in line with local regulations and educational standards. 

Key Responsibilities: The HR Officer will manage core HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll management. The role also includes preparing employee records, resolving staff issues, and ensuring a compliant and smooth HR operation in a school setting.

Payroll & Attendance Management: A strong emphasis will be placed on experience in payroll processing and attendance systems. The candidate must ensure timely and accurate payroll for academic and non-academic staff, handle attendance disputes, and maintain relevant records with discretion.

HR Software Knowledge: The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Orison HR Software or any other school-specific HR systems. Familiarity with software that supports staff evaluation, leave management, and performance tracking is highly preferred.

Legal & Compliance Knowledge: A thorough understanding of UAE labor law, HR compliance, and school-specific employment guidelines is essential. The HR Officer will be expected to stay updated on evolving labor regulations and ensure all processes align with legal standards.

Communication & Coordination: Excellent organizational and communication skills are required to coordinate between departments, schedule employee evaluations, assist in teacher recruitment, and organize professional development sessions for faculty and staff.
