HR Officer

Job Description

Role Overview: The HR Officer will be responsible for managing core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining HR records in line with labor laws.

Recruitment & Hiring: Coordinate job postings, screen applicants, and schedule interviews in collaboration with department heads.

HR Operations: Manage employment documentation, HR records, and employee contracts ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Policy Implementation: Ensure company policies are applied uniformly and employees are updated with current procedures and benefits.

Compliance: Ensure all HR processes are compliant with UAE labor law and assist with government procedures when needed.

Employee Support: Act as the point of contact for employee queries regarding benefits, holidays, or grievances.
