Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our organization in Dubai, UAE. This role is designed for professionals with 2–5 years of experience in human resources who possess a strong understanding of HR operations and are eager to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Role Purpose

As an HR Officer, your primary responsibility will be to support the development and execution of HR initiatives and systems. You will play a key role in managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment processes, and ensuring legal compliance with UAE labor laws. Your ability to handle HR functions efficiently will be vital in supporting the overall growth and operational excellence of the company.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract management, leave tracking, performance appraisals, and exit formalities. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records, handling HR documentation, and ensuring that all HR activities align with the organization’s policies and UAE legal requirements.

Employee Engagement and Communication

The HR Officer will serve as a key point of contact for employee queries and concerns. You will be expected to foster a healthy work environment by supporting engagement initiatives, addressing grievances professionally, and promoting open communication across departments. Strong interpersonal skills will be essential in building positive relationships across the organization.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

Your involvement in talent acquisition will include coordinating job postings, screening applications, conducting preliminary interviews, and liaising with hiring managers. You’ll also play a role in refining recruitment strategies to attract top talent while ensuring the hiring process is smooth, transparent, and compliant with the company’s objectives.

HR Policy Implementation and Compliance

One of your key responsibilities will be assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and local labor regulations is critical, and your role will involve monitoring compliance, advising on HR best practices, and conducting internal audits where necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in an HR generalist role. Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills are essential. A proactive approach, along with a deep understanding of UAE labor laws and HRMS systems, will make you an asset to our HR team.
