Job Description

Position Overview: Woodlem Education is hiring a proactive and competent HR Officer to handle all HR functions within its schools. The candidate should be ready to take charge of recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities: The HR Officer will be responsible for executing daily HR tasks including recruitment processes, onboarding new staff, managing employee records, and supporting general HR operations in an educational setting.

Employee Relations: You will work closely with employees and management to resolve workplace conflicts, handle grievances, and promote a healthy work culture. Strong interpersonal and listening skills are vital.

Recruitment Management: The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding. Prior experience hiring for school staff will be a plus.

HR Administration: The HR Officer will maintain and update employee records, handle leave management, track attendance, and ensure all HR documents are in compliance with regulations.

Educational Sector Experience Preferred: While general HR experience is required, preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked in schools or educational institutions.
