Job Description
Our growing organization seeks a skilled HR Officer to join our Dubai team. This mid-level position is perfect for HR professionals with 2-5 years of experience who are ready to take on diverse responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
Core HR Functions
You will manage essential HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and payroll coordination. Your role will serve as the backbone of our HR department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all people-related processes.
Talent Acquisition Support
A significant part of your responsibilities will involve supporting full-cycle recruitment. This includes job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and conducting reference checks to help us attract and select top talent for various positions.
Employee Relations
You will act as a key point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace matters. Your ability to handle sensitive information with discretion while providing excellent internal customer service will be crucial.
HR Administration
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases will be one of your primary tasks. You'll ensure all documentation complies with UAE labor laws and company policies while implementing efficient filing and data management systems.
Training & Development
You'll assist in coordinating employee training programs and professional development initiatives. This includes scheduling sessions, tracking participation, and evaluating program effectiveness to support continuous learning.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
Your role requires staying updated on UAE labor regulations to ensure company compliance. You'll help implement HR policies and procedures while assisting with audits and reporting requirements.
