About the Role:

FinMart is expanding its HR operations and seeks a detail-oriented HR Officer to strengthen our human capital management. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations while enhancing employee experiences across the organization.

Core Responsibilities:

The HR Officer will manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Your expertise in UAE labor law will ensure accurate benefit calculations, contract administration, and seamless visa processing for our diverse workforce.

HR Operations:

You will maintain precise employee records in our ERP system while handling sensitive personnel matters with discretion. The role requires daily coordination with PROs, government entities, and department heads to streamline HR processes.

Candidate Profile:

We require HR professionals with 2+ years of UAE-specific experience and a bachelor's degree in Human Resources. Your background must demonstrate hands-on experience with WPS, employee grievances, and UAE immigration procedures.

Technical Requirements:

Advanced proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is mandatory. Your ability to generate HR analytics and automate processes will contribute to departmental efficiency and data-driven decision making.
