About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Officer to join our team in Dubai. This is a key role for a professional who is passionate about optimizing HR functions, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities:
As the HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing HR activities to support the organization’s goals. Your primary duties will include overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires. You will also manage employee relations, payroll, and HRIS, while maintaining compliance with UAE labor laws. Additionally, you will play a key role in training and development initiatives, employee engagement programs, and benefits administration.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in HR roles is required, with a strong understanding of labor laws and HR functions. Certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent will be an advantage. Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders. You should have strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
