About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Officer to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture in a small to mid-sized company environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding

Oversee employee relations and address staff concerns professionally

Coordinate monthly payroll processing and benefits administration

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and maintain required documentation

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Handle performance management processes and documentation

Coordinate training and development initiatives

Maintain accurate employee records and HR database

Process end-of-service settlements and visa-related matters

Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes

Prepare HR reports and analytics for management

Support organizational development initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in UAE-based small to mid-sized companies

In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices

Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures

Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office Suite

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Professional demeanor and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Preferred Qualifications

HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent)

Experience with UAE visa processing and PRO services

Arabic language proficiency

Previous experience in similar-sized organizations
