HR Officer

Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Officer with strong recruitment expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and be able to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding

Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards and professional networks

Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with department heads for final interviews

Develop and maintain talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Create and update job descriptions for various positions

Manage recruitment database and applicant tracking system

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters

Support onboarding process for new hires

Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports

Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment practices

Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills

Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRMS systems

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Experience with recruitment platforms and job boards

Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Arabic language skills

Experience with social media recruitment

Knowledge of UAE visa processes

Previous experience in tech industry recruitment

HRCI or SHRM certification

Good judgment and decision-making capabilities

Ability to handle confidential information
