Globalink Logistics for HR Officer to be based at Dubai.

Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Utilize recruitment tools and strategies to identify and attract top talent in the UAE market.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation and regulations in the UAE.
• Manage visa and work permit processes, collaborating with relevant authorities.
• Provide HR support in employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
• Assist in creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Utilize your Russian language proficiency for effective communication within our diverse team.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools tailored for the UAE market.
• In-depth understanding of labor legislation in the UAE.
• Experience working with visas and work permits.
• Proficiency in Russian and knowledge of the CIS labor market is desirable.
