Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to manage critical HR functions in our dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will handle HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily HR operations and payroll

Recruit and onboard top talent

Develop and maintain positive workplace culture

Prepare HR reports and manage departmental budgets

Requirements:

2-3 years HR experience

Comprehensive knowledge of UAE labor laws

Advanced Excel skills

Proficiency with HR management software

Strong analytical and communication abilities
