Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Officer to support our client's human resources operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all HR databases are up-to-date and accurate
  • Support the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and assist with performance management processes
  • Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
  • Assist in organizing and conducting training and development programs
  • Support payroll administration and benefits management
  • Contribute to HR reporting and analytics
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office suite
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
