Job Description: HR Manager - People and Culture ⭐️ Dubai based - on-site

Position Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional HR Manager with the expertise to establish and lead the HR department from inception at our Dubai-based location. The successful candidate will be well-versed in UAE labor law, possess extensive experience in HR policy development, employee handbook creation, and be adept at managing HR projects and transformations. In addition, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, exhibit high energy, and have the ability to influence business leaders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and develop HR policies and procedures in accordance with UAE labor law and organizational objectives.

Create comprehensive employee handbooks outlining company policies, procedures, and expectations.

Serve as a full-scale HR generalist, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding processes.

Lead HR projects and transformations aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

Provide guidance and support to business leaders on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance issues, and organizational development initiatives.

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the organization's values and promotes employee engagement and retention.

Stay abreast of legislative changes and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices in HR management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in setting up and leading HR departments from scratch.

In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law and regulations.

Strong background in developing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

Demonstrated expertise in HR project management and organizational transformation.

Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.

High energy and ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Salary: Circa 25,000 AED per month (Dependent on Experience)
