Role Overview: This opportunity offers an experienced HR Manager the chance to lead and elevate HR functions while enjoying the flexibility of a part-time role in Dubai. Workplace Culture Development: In this role, you will be responsible for shaping an engaging and collaborative work environment where employees feel heard, supported, and motivated. You will lead efforts to establish clear values, maintain positive internal relationships, and ensure that company culture aligns with long-term organizational goals. Through regular check-ins, feedback frameworks, and HR-led initiatives, you will help employees stay connected and committed to their roles.

Employee Engagement Enhancement: A key part of this job involves developing high-impact engagement programs that improve employee satisfaction and retention. You will design strategies that encourage teamwork, improve communication, and foster an inclusive atmosphere. Whether through recognition programs, surveys, workshops, or individual coaching, you will contribute to building a workplace where employees feel valued and recognized.

Policy Implementation: You will also be responsible for reviewing, updating, and implementing company policies that support compliance, fairness, and professionalism across the organization.
