HR Manager / Executive PA

Job Description

Company Overview:

A leading manufacturing organization in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager who can effectively manage human resources operations and provide comprehensive executive support.

Experience Required:

Minimum 7+ years of experience in HR operations, office management, and executive support

Proven track record in a similar role within the manufacturing or corporate sector

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management

Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate selection

Manage comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees

Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally

Conduct performance reviews and support performance management systems

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation

Administrative and Visa Support

Manage employee visa processing and renewals

Maintain meticulous employee documentation

Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies

Coordinate administrative tasks across departments

Executive Support

Provide high-level administrative support to leadership team

Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings

Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Professional certification in HR management (SHRM, CIPD) is advantageous

Excellent command of English; Arabic language skills a plus

Proficient in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in HR or related field
