About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager who can combine strategic human resources management with high-level executive support. This dual role requires exceptional organizational abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and comprehensive knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
- Design and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding
- Manage the UAE visa application and renewal process for all employees
- Develop and maintain employee documentation and HRIS systems
- Conduct performance management processes and coordinate annual reviews
- Handle employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and maintain updated HR policies
- Oversee payroll administration and benefits management
Executive Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership
- Manage complex calendar scheduling and coordinate meetings
- Arrange domestic and international travel arrangements
- Handle confidential correspondence and documentation
- Coordinate executive events and meetings
- Manage office operations and administrative staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including executive support
- Proven experience in UAE labor law and visa processes
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and HRIS systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Superior communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
Preferred
- CIPD/SHRM certification
- Arabic language proficiency
- Experience with UAE free zone regulations
- International HR experience

Working Hours & Location
- Full-time position based in Dubai, UAE
- Standard working hours with flexibility as required for executive support duties
