Duties & Responsibilities:

Italent Middle East is seeking a highly experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Human Resources within the UAE, with a proven track record of enhancing employee satisfaction, designing effective salary systems, and managing employee relations. This role is crucial in providing strategic guidance to management and ensuring that HR practices align with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Satisfaction: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement. Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to understand employee needs and address concerns promptly.

Salary Systems: Design and manage competitive salary and benefits systems that attract and retain top talent. Conduct regular benchmarking and salary reviews to ensure competitiveness in the market.

Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues with sensitivity and professionalism. Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.

Corporate Governance & Risk Management: Ensure that HR practices comply with corporate governance standards and mitigate risks. Stay updated with changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Training & Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process to ensure the selection of qualified candidates who fit the company culture. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs.

Performance Appraisal: Manage the performance appraisal process to ensure fair and objective evaluation of employee performance. Provide feedback and coaching to employees to support their growth and development.

Business Planning: Prepare an annual business plan for the HR department based on the overall business strategy. Set clear objectives and KPIs to measure the success of HR initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience: A minimum of 10-13 years of experience in Human Resources, with extensive experience in the UAE. Proven track record in enhancing employee satisfaction, designing salary systems, and managing employee relations.

Local Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices within the region. Ability to navigate and manage local regulatory requirements effectively.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage multiple priorities, and drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals.

Corporate Governance: Proficiency in corporate governance, risk management, and compliance. Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support business objectives.

Training & Development: Experience in identifying training needs and developing effective training programs. Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Recruitment & Appraisal: Expertise in recruitment and performance appraisal processes. Ability to attract, select, and retain top talent while ensuring fair and objective performance evaluations.
