Duties & Responsibilities:
Policy Development and Implementation:
Develop and roll out HR policies across the wider business.
Recommend and implement strategies to improve HR functions and processes.
HR Operations:
Manage all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
Oversee employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processing.
Talent Management:
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Create and manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues.
Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Foster a positive working environment through effective employee relations practices.
Performance Management:
Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
Facilitate performance reviews and ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time.
HR Strategy:
Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Provide insights and recommendations on HR best practices and trends.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure company compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate HR-related risks.
Requirements:
Experience:
10 - 13 years of experience in HR, preferably within the marketing industry or other related industries.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
Personal Attributes:
Confident HR professional who can roll out policies to the wider business and recommend strategies.
All-rounded candidate with experience in all aspects of HR and willingness to take a hands-on approach.
Location:
Willingness to work in a hybrid working model in Dubai.
Additional Information:
Salary: AED 20,000 - 25,000.
