Role Overview:

BATO CLINIC is seeking an experienced and organized HR Manager to oversee human resources operations and support effective workforce management. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, performance management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Management:

• Manage the complete recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Employee Relations & HR Operations:

• Handle employee concerns, workplace issues, and disciplinary matters professionally.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave documentation.
• Oversee daily HR activities and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.

Performance & Policy Management:

• Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Promote a positive, professional, and productive working environment.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure HR practices comply with applicable Kuwait labour laws and regulations.
• Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, staffing, and employee performance.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR records.

Requirements Essential:

• Proven experience in human resources management or a related HR role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Preferred:

• Experience managing HR operations in a clinic or healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with Kuwait labour laws and employment procedures.
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
