Job Description
Strategic HR Leadership – As an HR Manager (Operations), you will develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s operational goals, ensuring that workforce planning, talent management, and organizational policies effectively support Elite Group Holding’s growth objectives.
Talent Acquisition and Retention – You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies, ensuring the organization attracts top talent, maintains employee engagement, and reduces turnover by implementing robust HR processes and programs.
Employee Relations and Compliance – This role requires managing employee relations, addressing grievances, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and maintaining a healthy work environment that fosters productivity and morale.
Performance Management Oversight – You will design and implement performance evaluation frameworks, monitor team productivity, and support department managers in aligning individual goals with organizational objectives to achieve operational excellence.
Policy Development and Implementation – You will review, update, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure consistency across departments while supporting organizational change and process improvements.
Training and Development Initiatives – You will identify skill gaps, plan and coordinate training programs, and implement development initiatives that enhance employee capabilities and support career progression.
