Job Description

Role Overview: The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s HR strategy, driving people-focused initiatives, and supporting organizational development within a fast-growing real estate environment. The role requires someone who can balance strategic planning with hands-on HR leadership while ensuring a smooth employee experience across all departments.

HR Leadership Responsibilities: The candidate will oversee the full HR cycle and ensure that all policies, processes, and internal systems support the company’s operational goals. They will lead HR decision-making, guide managers on employee matters, and develop structured frameworks that strengthen workforce efficiency, motivation, and compliance.

Recruitment Excellence: The HR Manager will manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection. They will coordinate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build a strong talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s expansion plans. They will ensure onboarding is engaging and creates a strong first impression for new employees.

Performance and Employee Development: The role includes implementing performance evaluation systems, conducting appraisals, setting KPIs, and monitoring staff progression. The manager will support employees through development plans, ensure constructive feedback processes, and promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Compliance and HR Governance: The HR Manager must maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE Labour Law and ensure the company follows all legal requirements. This includes managing contracts, visa processes, employee records, disciplinary procedures, and compliance documentation. Ensuring ethical practices and transparent HR operations will be central to the role.

Workplace Culture and Engagement: The role requires fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment. The HR Manager will oversee employee relations, resolve conflicts professionally, support team-building initiatives, and maintain clear communication across levels. Promoting trust and transparency inside the organization is essential.
