Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Manager to join our growing software company in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building strong HR foundations, driving organizational culture, and aligning HR practices with the overall business strategy of a dynamic technology-driven company.

Key Responsibilities: The HR Manager will oversee the entire spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, learning and development, and performance management. You will be responsible for developing policies and processes that support both employee satisfaction and organizational growth, ensuring HR services are delivered efficiently and effectively across all levels of the company.

Talent Acquisition & Development: A critical part of this role will involve attracting top talent from across the globe, particularly within the IT and software industries. You will design and implement recruitment strategies, onboard new hires smoothly, and ensure continuous learning opportunities through structured training and leadership development programs.

Culture & Engagement: Fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture is essential to our success. You will design initiatives that enhance employee engagement, strengthen collaboration, and support well-being in a fully remote environment. Your efforts will help build a motivated workforce that is aligned with the company’s vision and values.

Strategic HR Planning: As a trusted advisor to the leadership team, you will play a key role in strategic HR planning. This includes workforce forecasting, succession planning, and aligning HR strategies with the company’s growth objectives. Your insights and expertise will influence decision-making at the highest levels.

Compliance & Best Practices: The HR Manager will ensure all HR policies are compliant with labor laws and industry best practices. You will be expected to stay updated with changing legislation across regions, mitigate risks, and create a structured framework for compliance that protects both employees and the company.
