Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team in the FMCG sector. The role is based in the UAE and will focus on overseeing key HR functions including Organizational Development, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in HR strategy and operations, along with strong analytical and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities: As HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, driving recruitment strategies, designing training programs, and supporting performance management processes. You will work closely with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives while fostering a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.
Organizational Development: You will play a critical role in assessing organizational structures and recommending strategies for workforce planning, succession management, and employee engagement. The ability to analyze HR metrics and suggest improvements for efficiency and productivity will be key to success in this role.
Learning & Development: A major part of your responsibilities will include identifying training needs and creating programs that enhance employee skills and career growth. You will coordinate with training providers, design in-house sessions, and ensure that learning interventions contribute to the overall business strategy.
Talent Acquisition: You will oversee the recruitment process, ensuring that top talent is attracted, selected, and retained across the organization. From sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and final onboarding, your expertise will be essential in maintaining a high-quality workforce aligned with our company values.
Technical Expertise: The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as these tools are integral for HR reporting, data analysis, and presentation of strategic plans to senior management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will be working closely with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
