Job Overview: SLGT is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources operations and shape people-focused strategies. The role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth HR expertise, and the ability to foster a productive, compliant, and engaging workplace culture within a fast-paced logistics environment.
HR Strategy Development: The HR Manager will be responsible for creating and executing HR strategies that align closely with the company’s vision and operational goals. You will focus on workforce planning, succession management, and building policies that enhance employee satisfaction while supporting overall business growth.
Recruitment & Talent Management: A key responsibility of this role is to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention processes. You will design hiring strategies, attract top talent, oversee orientation, and implement performance appraisal systems to build a highly skilled and motivated workforce.
Employee Relations & Workplace Culture: The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in building positive employee relations. From resolving conflicts to ensuring open communication channels, you will work to create a supportive environment where staff feel valued and engaged. Initiatives to strengthen retention and promote diversity will be part of your core tasks.
Compliance & Legal Oversight: Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices is critical to this role. You will monitor HR policies, manage employment contracts, and ensure all HR functions operate in accordance with legal standards, protecting both the company and employees.
Leadership Support & Organizational Development: The position also involves working closely with the leadership team to support organizational development initiatives. By analyzing workforce trends and providing HR insights, you will guide management in making data-driven decisions that enhance productivity and performance across departments.
