HR Leadership & Strategy: As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies that align with the company’s vision and UAE labor laws.
Recruitment & Talent Management: You will lead recruitment efforts, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.
Employee Relations: Managing employee engagement, conflict resolution, and grievance handling will be a key part of your responsibilities.
Performance Management: You will establish performance evaluation systems, identify training needs, and ensure continuous employee development.
Compliance & Legal: This role requires ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations, contracts, and HR documentation.
Leadership & Development: As HR Manager, you will coach and mentor staff while working closely with management to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
