Job Title: We are currently seeking a highly experienced and proactive HR Manager / HR Business Partner (HRBP) with strong expertise in the construction industry to join VICC. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between management and employees, ensuring the HR function aligns seamlessly with the organization’s operational needs. The HR Manager will take full ownership of developing HR policies, ensuring compliance, and supporting business objectives with strategic HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities: The HR Manager / HRBP will lead recruitment efforts, manage talent acquisition strategies, and oversee onboarding processes. The role requires designing and implementing policies that enhance employee engagement, streamline performance management systems, and support workforce planning in alignment with business demands. Moreover, the HRBP will play a consultative role for department heads, advising on workforce optimization, succession planning, and talent retention.
Work Environment: This position is based in the UAE and will primarily support construction-related operations. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and challenging industry where timelines are tight, projects are complex, and adaptability is essential. The HR Manager will regularly liaise with engineers, project managers, and leadership teams to address workforce concerns and deliver HR support that directly impacts project outcomes.
Required Qualifications: Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certifications (such as CIPD, SHRM, or CHRP) will be an added advantage. Proven experience working as an HRBP or HR Manager in the construction industry is essential, with strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and compliance practices.
