Job Description

Job Overview: The HR Manager will be the key custodian of all human resources functions within the company, ensuring that talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy implementation, and organizational culture are aligned with business objectives. The role demands a strategic leader who can also handle operational HR tasks with precision and confidentiality.

Recruitment & Onboarding: You will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, candidate assessments, and selection. The role requires implementing structured onboarding programs to integrate new hires effectively and reduce turnover.

Employee Relations: Building strong relationships with employees at all levels is critical. You will address grievances, mediate conflicts, and promote a healthy work environment that aligns with UAE labor laws and company policies.

Performance Management: You will design and manage performance appraisal systems, set KPIs, and ensure regular performance reviews. Developing career growth plans and succession planning strategies will also be a part of your role.

Compliance & Policy Development: You must ensure the organization’s HR policies comply with UAE labor regulations. Updating employee handbooks, managing contracts, and staying informed of legal changes are essential responsibilities.

Training & Development: You will identify skill gaps and implement training programs to boost employee performance and organizational efficiency. Partnering with external training providers and leveraging in-house expertise will be key.
