Role Overview: The HR Manager at Kash Real Estate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the human resources function, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. This role demands a confident leader who can manage HR operations and recruitment, especially in sourcing and retaining experienced real estate agents. You will be responsible for driving organizational culture, handling employee concerns, and building a performance-driven environment.
Real Estate Recruitment Focus: A key aspect of this role involves actively sourcing real estate agents and building a reliable agent network. Experience in the real estate sector is a must, as you will need to understand the traits of successful agents, interview effectively, and assess potential hires for long-term alignment with company goals. Your understanding of UAE’s property market dynamics will be vital for identifying and recruiting top talent.
HR Operations & Administration: You will lead the full spectrum of HR operations including maintaining accurate employee records, overseeing visa processing, handling HRIS updates, and ensuring payroll compliance in collaboration with the finance team. Policy enforcement, documentation, and adherence to UAE labor laws will be a core responsibility of your role.
Talent Management & Development: This position requires you to lead performance appraisals, create employee development plans, and introduce training programs that enhance staff capabilities. You will manage the full lifecycle of the employee journey — from onboarding to offboarding — while constantly striving to improve engagement and satisfaction.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building: The HR Manager will be expected to cultivate a collaborative and inclusive work environment. You will implement employee engagement strategies, promote company values, and address grievances professionally and empathetically. Your goal will be to ensure a high-retention workplace culture.
Strategic Workforce Planning: As part of the leadership team, you will contribute to long-term HR strategies. You’ll forecast hiring needs, restructure teams when necessary, and advise leadership on succession planning. Your strategic mindset will help drive operational efficiency and scalable talent systems.
