Job Description

Job Overview: iGaming Tech, a fast-growing digital solutions company in Dubai, is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the human resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance across the company. This is a leadership role best suited for a proactive individual with strong communication and organizational skills, ready to make an immediate impact.

Strategic HR Leadership: As the HR Manager, you will align HR initiatives with business objectives, offering strategic guidance to senior leadership on workforce planning, succession development, and employee performance. You’ll be responsible for developing policies that promote a positive work culture while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency in all HR functions.

Recruitment & Onboarding: A major aspect of your role will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and screening to interviews and onboarding. You’ll work closely with department heads to forecast hiring needs and source candidates that match both the technical and cultural fit of the company, particularly in the fast-evolving tech and iGaming sectors.

Performance Management & Development: You will design and implement performance management systems that encourage productivity and accountability across all teams. This includes setting KPIs, coordinating employee reviews, and facilitating professional development programs. The goal is to build a workforce that’s engaged, growth-driven, and aligned with organizational values.

HR Operations & Policy Compliance: The HR Manager will oversee payroll, leave management, HRIS platforms, and general administration. Ensuring compliance with UAE labor law and internal policies is critical. You’ll be expected to handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and contracts with transparency and fairness.
