Job Overview: Carezone Home Healthcare is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR functions and contribute to the continued growth of our team in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for professionals with proven HR management skills in the healthcare or homecare industry.

HR Strategy & Leadership: As the HR Manager, you will lead the human resources department by implementing best practices in recruitment, compliance, onboarding, and staff engagement. You will ensure HR activities align with company goals and UAE labor regulations.

Recruitment & Onboarding: You’ll manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings to interviews and offers. A key focus will be hiring qualified nurses and caregivers. You’ll also handle the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new employees into the team.

Visa & Compliance: The role requires expertise in UAE visa processing, labor contracts, and MOHRE regulations. You will coordinate with PROs and ensure all staff documents and records are up to date and compliant.

Employee Relations & Development: You will manage employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and maintain a healthy working environment. You'll also develop retention strategies, lead performance reviews, and support training programs for staff growth.

HR Operations: Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining employee files, managing payroll inputs, overseeing leave records, and ensuring HR systems are accurate and updated regularly.

Industry Focus: While a general HR background is essential, prior experience in healthcare or homecare services is highly preferred. Understanding the sensitivities and demands of managing field staff like nurses and homecare professionals is a plus.
