Job Description

Job Overview: JLX International is seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead the company’s HR function. This role is ideal for a senior-level professional with extensive experience in human resources and a deep understanding of UAE labor regulations. If you're passionate about shaping culture, managing people operations, and driving organizational performance, we want to hear from you.

Leadership Responsibilities: You will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment strategy, employee relations, policy development, performance management, and organizational planning. As a key leadership figure, you’ll work closely with top management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Policy & Compliance: A core part of your responsibilities includes ensuring that all HR policies and practices are compliant with UAE labor laws. You’ll regularly update policies and procedures, handle disciplinary matters, and ensure the company stays audit-ready at all times.

Recruitment & Talent Management: You’ll drive the full recruitment lifecycle for mid- to senior-level roles, help attract top talent, and lead initiatives related to talent retention, career development, and succession planning.

Performance & Culture: You will design and implement performance appraisal frameworks, set KPIs, and help cultivate a culture of accountability and recognition. Your focus will be to build a productive, positive, and engaged workforce.

Communication & Support: As a mentor and strategic advisor, you’ll be expected to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. You'll support department heads in managing their teams and offer guidance on HR matters.
