Job Overview: We are currently hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources functions and support the strategic direction of our organization based in Sharjah, UAE. The candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of managing HR practices that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities: As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. You will bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues promptly and professionally.

Policy & Compliance: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and implement company policies that foster a positive work environment. Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management systems in accordance with UAE labor laws.

Recruitment & Onboarding: Supervise the recruitment and selection process by working with department heads. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees and work to continuously improve employee engagement and retention.

Performance & Development: Identify training and development needs and lead initiatives for employee career development. Monitor employee performance and appraisal systems and ensure constructive feedback is a continuous part of workplace culture.

Administration & Documentation: Maintain and update HR documentation, records, and employee files. Oversee HR databases and ensure accurate documentation of contracts, leaves, and payroll coordination with the finance department.
