Position Overview
We are currently looking for a strategic and people-centric HR Manager to join a well-established real estate firm based in Dubai. This is a senior-level opportunity for a passionate HR professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to drive people strategies in line with business goals. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing HR operations, leading talent acquisition efforts globally, and supporting learning and development initiatives across the organization.
Location and Industry Focus
The position is based in the vibrant city of Dubai, within the real estate sector. Candidates with prior experience in property or related industries will be given preference. Compensation Package
The offered salary ranges from AED 15,000 to AED 18,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The compensation is designed to attract highly skilled HR professionals who can contribute effectively to talent acquisition strategies and operational excellence in the organization.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, with a strong emphasis on global talent acquisition. This includes managing recruitment pipelines, implementing effective sourcing strategies, and partnering with department heads to attract and retain top talent. Additionally, the role involves ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance with labor laws, and streamlining HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in international recruitment and employer branding. They will design and execute recruitment campaigns to attract diverse talent across various markets while representing the company’s values and culture. Building a talent pipeline and nurturing high-potential candidates will be a major focus area.
Operational Excellence and Compliance
This role requires a professional who is well-versed in HR operations, including performance management, employee relations, and HR policy development. The HR Manager will ensure the implementation of best practices in HR administration and regulatory compliance, playing a vital role in fostering a positive and compliant workplace.
Learning and Development
While the primary focus is on operations and recruitment, experience or interest in Learning and Development (L&D) will be a plus. The HR Manager will support ongoing training initiatives, contribute to the creation of growth paths for employees, and help cultivate a learning culture within the organization.
