Strategic HR Leadership:

The HR Manager will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our real estate business objectives. Your responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition for specialized property roles, implementing performance management systems, and ensuring compensation structures remain competitive within the Dubai real estate market.

Industry-Specific Expertise:

Candidates must possess 5+ years of dedicated HR experience within Dubai's real estate sector. Your background should demonstrate deep understanding of industry-specific workforce challenges, including commission structures, sales team dynamics, and property licensing requirements.

Operational Responsibilities:

You will manage end-to-end HR functions including Emiratization initiatives, employee relations, and compliance with Dubai real estate regulations. The role requires developing targeted recruitment strategies to attract top real estate talent while maintaining our company culture.

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer an attractive monthly salary ranging from AED 15,000 to 18,000 commensurate with experience. The package includes standard benefits along with opportunities for professional growth in Dubai's dynamic property sector.
