About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Dubai on a 2-year contract. This is a key role for a professional with a strong background in onboarding, employee integration, and UAE labor law. Key Responsibilities:

As the HR Manager, you will oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth integration for new employees. Your primary duties will include monitoring employee satisfaction, working with leadership to enhance engagement, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. You will also champion the company’s culture and values, providing guidance and support to employees and management. Additionally, you will handle HR documentation, maintain employee records, and collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in HR management is required. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and experience in onboarding and employee integration are essential. A background in the software industry is a bonus but not mandatory.

Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and leadership. You should have strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering effective HR solutions.
