Role Overview: Hogar Properties in Dubai is actively seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources function. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR best practices and a proven track record within the Dubai real estate industry.
HR Policy Development and Implementation: You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive HR policies and procedures that align with the company's objectives and are in full compliance with the labor laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Talent Acquisition and Retention Strategy: You will oversee the entire recruitment and talent acquisition process, developing effective strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent within the competitive Dubai real estate market, ensuring a high-performing workforce.
Employee Relations and Engagement: You will manage employee relations, fostering a positive and productive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and the implementation of initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Compensation and Benefits Administration: You will be responsible for administering the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with industry standards, as well as managing employee inquiries related to these programs.
HR Regulatory Compliance: You will ensure the company's adherence to all relevant HR regulations, labor laws, and standards within the UAE, staying updated on any changes and implementing necessary adjustments to policies and practices.
