Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to attract and retain top talent.

Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive work environment.

Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures.

Lead performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.

Manage HR metrics and reporting to provide insights and support decision-making.

Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement within the organization.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role.

Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
