Position Overview:
Kingston Stanley is seeking talented UAE Nationals for a pivotal HR Manager position, offering an exceptional opportunity for career advancement and professional growth. This role is specifically designed to provide UAE Nationals with a strategic leadership position in human resources management.
The HR Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing comprehensive human resources strategies, driving organizational performance, and supporting the company's talent management objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the entire human resources function
Develop and implement strategic HR policies and procedures
Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
Design and manage performance management systems
Develop and implement employee training and development programs
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
Manage employee relations and resolve complex HR issues
Create and maintain a positive organizational culture
Develop and monitor HR metrics and reporting
Support organizational change management initiatives
Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on HR matters
Manage compensation and benefits programs
Qualifications and Requirements:
UAE National citizenship (mandatory)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR management experience
Proven track record of strategic HR leadership
Extensive knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations
Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HR management systems and technologies
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
Professional HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, PHR)
Experience in multinational or large corporate environments
Advanced knowledge of talent management strategies
