Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Talent Management

Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes

Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent

Implement effective performance management systems

Create and oversee professional development initiatives

Strategic HR Leadership

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives

Provide strategic guidance to management on HR-related matters

Design and implement training programs

Drive employee engagement initiatives

Operations & Compliance

Manage employee benefits and payroll administration

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and employment regulations

Maintain accurate HR records and documentation

Oversee HRIS and HR software systems

Employee Relations

Foster a positive company culture

Handle employee relations and conflict resolution

Address employee concerns with fairness and discretion

Provide guidance to staff on HR policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 3+ years of UAE experience in HR management

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations

Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite

Experience with HR software systems
