About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our retail organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong operational capabilities and extensive experience in the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with business objectives

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from talent acquisition to onboarding

Lead employee relations initiatives and serve as the primary liaison between management and staff

Design and oversee employee orientation and training programs

Implement and manage employee engagement and retention strategies

Create and maintain a positive workplace culture that reflects company values

Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations

Administer and maintain HRIS and employee documentation

Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate development programs

Provide data-driven HR metrics and analytics to support management decisions

Handle disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution

Manage performance evaluation processes

Oversee benefits administration and compensation programs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience as an HR Manager in the retail sector

Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR compliance requirements

Demonstrated experience in implementing HR programs and policies

Proficiency in HRIS and HR analytics

Excellence in conflict resolution and problem-solving

Strong leadership and team management capabilities

Essential Skills

Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Strategic thinking and planning capabilities

Cultural awareness and sensitivity

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
