Position Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and implementing best practices in talent management and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives, including workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and
performance management systems
Lead the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, while maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and promoting a positive work culture while ensuring fair treatment of all employees
Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews, benefits management, and maintaining competitive packages aligned with market standards
Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career progression within the organization
Ensure complete compliance with UAE labor laws, maintaining updated knowledge of regulations and implementing necessary changes in HR policies and procedures
Manage the HR budget and related financial aspects, including payroll oversight and cost optimization initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
7-8 years of progressive HR management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role
Comprehensive knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations
Strong experience in HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
Excellent leadership and team management skills with proven ability to drive organizational change
Proficient in HRMS and Microsoft Office suite
Strong command of English; Arabic language skills highly preferred
