About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a prestigious family-owned business specializing in construction and interior design. The ideal candidate will develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals while maintaining the unique culture of a family business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and programs

Oversee full-cycle recruitment process for construction and design professionals

Manage employee relations, performance management, and career development initiatives

Create and maintain compensation and benefits programs competitive within the industry

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations

Lead training and development programs for staff at all levels

Handle visa processing, labor cards, and related government documentation

Manage payroll administration and benefits coordination

Develop and maintain the HR budget

Implement employee engagement and retention strategies

Mediate workplace conflicts and grievances

Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 7-8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role

Previous experience in construction, interior design, or related industries

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices

Excellent understanding of end-to-end HR processes

Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in HR or related field

CIPD/SHRM certification

Experience working with family-owned businesses

Arabic language skills

Previous experience in the GCC region
