Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function at our Dubai campus. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong operational capabilities and a passion for creating an engaging workplace culture in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with institutional goals

Partner with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and culture initiatives

Lead workforce planning and talent management strategies

Employee Relations & Engagement

Champion employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs

Manage employee relations and maintain a positive work environment

Develop and implement employee recognition programs

Foster a culture of continuous learning and development

HR Operations

Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes

Manage performance management systems and processes

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations

Administer compensation and benefits programs

Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures

Organizational Development

Lead change management initiatives

Implement training and development programs

Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives

Facilitate leadership development programs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 7-8 years of progressive HR experience

Previous experience working in the UAE (highly preferred)

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven track record in implementing successful HR initiatives

Strong leadership and project management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in relevant field

CIPD/SHRM certification

Experience in the education sector

Arabic language proficiency

Experience with HR analytics and HRIS systems
