Position Overview

Seven Seas Hotel is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our hotel's mission of delivering exceptional guest experiences through excellence in employee management and development.

Required Experience & Qualifications

3-5 years of HR management experience specifically in the UAE

Proven experience with IDS software

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations

Experience in hospitality industry preferred

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations

Manage the full recruitment cycle for all hotel departments (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, management)

Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with UAE labor laws

Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs

Handle employee visas, labor cards, and related documentation

Conduct performance management processes and employee evaluations

Develop and deliver training programs for staff development

Manage employee engagement initiatives and internal communications

Resolve employee relations issues and maintain positive work environment

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations

Prepare HR reports and analytics for senior management

Maintain accurate employee records using IDS software

Coordinate with government authorities for labor-related matters

Advanced MS Office skills

HR analytics and reporting
