Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions for our growing company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong operational experience in UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives

Manage full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding

Oversee employee relations, performance management, and development

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations

Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs

Handle visa processing and PRO-related activities

Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures

Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate training programs

Manage employee grievances and disciplinary procedures

Maintain accurate HR records and documentation

Lead employee engagement initiatives

Handle end-of-service settlements and exit procedures

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in the UAE

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations

Experience with HRMS systems and HR analytics

Excellent communication skills in English

Strong understanding of visa processes and PRO activities
