Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function, managing all aspects of HR operations and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Manage employee relations, performance, and engagement

Oversee compensation and benefits administration

Design and implement training and development programs

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations

Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters

Maintain HR systems and documentation

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in 360° HR Management

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices

Experience in talent acquisition and retention strategies

Expertise in performance management and employee development

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
