Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and develop our organization's HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
Oversee and enhance employee benefit programs, compensation structures, and performance evaluation systems
Lead employee relations and conflict resolution processes while maintaining a positive work environment
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies across all HR functions
Develop and monitor HR budgets and departmental expenses
Create and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and HR information systems
Provide strategic guidance to leadership on HR matters and organizational development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Professional fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Experience with HRIS and HR analytics tools
Professional HR certification (SHRM/CIPD) preferred

Working Conditions
Full-time position
Office-based with possible hybrid work arrangements
May require occasional evening or weekend work
Some travel may be required for training or recruitment events
